We are lucky enough to live next to a fishing lake, well really it's a pond. However, right now it's drained, so we have to drive about 1 1/2 hours to Lake Gregory, which is one of our favorite places to go. Barry's all-time favorite thing to do is fish. He gets to go a few times a year, and this year, we went at 5am on a Saturday morning before the kids woke up. It was breathtaking to see the sun rise on the deserted lake. We were the only ones there fishing. Probably because it was about 20 degrees. There were a few people hiking around with their dogs, but not many. We didn't catch anything, but like most things in life, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. It was a nice morning with my honey.

I wish this last picture would have come out clear. My hottie :)
